You must be 12 years or older to receive a facial and nobody under the age of 15 for any of the other treatments. It is recommended that you schedule massages prior to arrival. Facials, Foot Wraps and Salt Glows require a 14 day advance reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum four-hour notice to change or cancel appointments. Cancellations made within four hours are subject to a $20 room charge. No notification of cancellation will result in a full charge of the service. Anyone with a contagious condition such as a cold or flu should not recieve a massage. Other policies will be discussed before each session. Prices subject to change.

Recommendations:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service to fill out a health history form and take a warm shower. If you should arrive late your session may be shortened to ensure the satisfaction of all guests.

Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothing. During each session you will be fully draped and covered with a sheet. Drink plenty of water before and especially after the session to assist in flushing of toxins released during the massage.
