• Package can be booked for up to 14 nights (with a 2 night minimum) for R&R mid-tour leave. To allow the maximum number of soldiers & family members to participate in the block leave Operation R&R Program, reservations are limited to 2 nights (no more/no less) for Post Deployment block leave. You may reserve up to two rooms under this package.

Eligibility:
The R&R program is available only to active duty service members and Department of Defense employees on R&R leave from a 270 day assignment to a country in CENTCOM AOR (Service Members and DOD civilians are the only eligible participants) which is in direct support of Operation New Dawn, OEF, Balkans, Kosovo. Service members who have just immediately completed a 270 day tour may also participate while their unit is in a block leave status. Guests must provide their DA31 or leave form upon check in.

Note: Participants must be part of the official CENTCOM R&R Program (Service Members and DOD Civilians are the only eligible participants) and upon check in at the Edelweiss Lodge, provide a copy of their DA 31 or leave form which clearly states CENTCOM R&R in the remarks block. Countries in the CENTCOM R&R are Afghanistan, Bahrain, Djibouti, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Syria and Somalia.

Post Deployment Block Leave:
To allow the maximum number of soldiers & family members to participate in the block leave Operation R&R Program, reservations are limited to 2 nights.
