Garmisch has some of the best mountain bike trails in Germany. Trails range from flat and easy to medium hills and tortuous climbs. Visit Alpine Adventures for bike rental and staff recommendations on rides in the area. Our guests frequently rent bikes to get around town which saves money on taxi rides around town.

We also have rental rates for 2 day and 5 day rentals. There are no refunds on multiday rentals.
Four or more hours are full day rentals.
Return by 2100 at THE POiNT. Overnight Fee of $5 will be applied to bikes not returned by 2100.
Bike rental begins at 0730 daily.
     
  Bike Trip Ideas:
1) Directly from the resort head towards Grainau up to the Eibsee
2) Plansee round to Linderhof and back over towards Garmisch
3) Klais, Schloss Elmau, Mittenwald and return to Garmisch
4) Mittenwald up to Leutasch Valley and return to Garmisch
5) The ultimate strenous ride around the Zugspitze direction Eibsee
     

These bikes are intended for leisure riding only. Off road and trail riding is done at guests own risk and is not recommended by the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort. You will be charged for damage to bikes.
