If you are part of the Gear Up and Ride the Alps package, everything below is included. If you are staying in the Vacation Village, tickets to the Friday party, Saturday party and Poker Run ride are available for $55 per person for all three events.
  • Check in at Edelweiss Lodge and Resort starting at 1500 hours.
  • Kick Off American BBQ Party - Patton Ballroom at 1830 hours.
  • Motorcycle MC will conduct a pre-ride briefing for Saturday's Poker Run.
  • All you care to eat buffet and live entertainment
  • Breakfast served from 0630 - 1000.
  • First bike out at 0900, last bike out at 1100 for the Poker Run.
  • Photographs with you and your bike from 0900 - 1100 at the start
  • Poker Run for those participating in the run
  • Gear Up and Ride the Alps - main event starts at 1800.
  • Games like 'Slow Go', 'Throw your Engine', 'Male frozen Wet T-Shirt Contest', 'Bite the Wiener'
  • Traditional Bavarian Buffet with Live Bavarian Entertainment and games
  • Live Band
  • Check out by 1100
  • Additional room nights available if reserved in advance.

If you plan on attending the events but are not staying at the resort we want to hear from you. We are planning the event and need to know how many riders and bikes to be expecting.
