Check-in Day (Check-in Between 13:00 and 17:00)
Registration will be held at either the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort main lobby gallery level or the Hausberg Lodge the day prior to the first day skiing or snowboarding. Please ask the front desk at check in for registration location. At this time you will receive class assignments and get fitted for your equipment and clothing.

The Hausberg Sport Lodge ask that you use the lockers available on-site. You can keep all of your skis and snowboard equipment in a secure locker.
Do not forget to pick up any other needed items such as warm waterproof gloves, sun-screen, goggles, appropriate socks, hats, helmets, and any necessities for the week available at the Hausberg Lodge.

Day 1:
Bus transportation will leave the Edelweiss Lodge at 08:00 and 08:20 hrs. You will meet your class at 08:45 everyday upstairs in the Hausberg Sports Lodge at the table assigned to you at check-in. Please be sure you have your small Ski Week booklet, as you will need your daily stub for a lift pass. Please be sure to write your name on the back of the ticket, and those of your children.

If you have children, check in with their instructor in the morning to arrange lunch money and pick-up time. Throughout the week, your child's instructor will keep you up to date on your child's progress. Daily, you will need to talk to them to find out about any changes in the schedule.

The bus returns to the Edelweiss Lodge 15.30, 16.15, 17.00 and to the Vacation Village 15.30, 17.00.

Other Helpful Information:
By participating in our Winter Sports Week programs, you have paid for your rental equipment through the last day of the program. You have until 17:30 to return it that day. If you decide to keep your equipment longer, you do not have to do anything. You will simply be charged for any extra days you keep your rental equipment.
