Commission Payment Terms

Your ITR/ITT office will receive a commission fee on all stays at the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort booked via your office by an authorized patron. DoD Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) patronage eligibility criteria can be found on the Shades of Green and Edelweiss Lodge and Resort web sites and are based primarily on Morale, Welfare, and Recreation patronage eligibility contained in Department of Defense Instruction 1015.10 and Host Nation Agreements. A reservation referral is valid and a commission will be paid at the completion of the bona fide guest's stay at the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort. Standard industry practice for commission payments will apply.

Commission Payment Exceptions and Limitations

The commission payment is limited to reservations at the rack rate. It is payable for leisure travel bookings only and does not apply to any special or discounted rates, conference rates, official travel, or guest recovery. As a courtesy to authorized patrons when The Edelweiss Lodge and Resort is unable to accommodate a customer's desired dates of stay, the resorts will, as a matter of convenience, make reservations for or assist guests with making a reservation at a commercial referral hotel. No commission payment will be made for commercial hotel referrals made by the The Edelweiss Lodge and Resort.
