Camping Policies :

- Advanced reservations required for all tent and gravel sites. For gravel sites, the rates are based up to 4 people per site. Each additional adult per site is $3.50 per night. Each additional child in $1.75 per night. Children 5 and under stay for free. For Camping in the Wilderness Tent Area you pay per tent. Groups of 20 or more require a reservation in the group sites, please contact the Vacation Planning Center by phone to make these special arrangements.

- Pets are welcome at the Vacation Village campgrounds for tent and gravel sites, but pets cannot be left alone, unattended (vehicles included). No pets are allowed ON Edeweiss PROPERTY or IN any Edelweiss Lodge facilities.Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed to stay in the Vacation Village Cabins. - Linen exchange in theDeluxeCabins is only available on Wednesdays. You must request for your linens to be exchanged prior to noon that day at the campground office. Please complete the form and place it in the drop box. (If the request is received after 1200 hrs on Wednesday, the request will be fulfilled on Thursday morning)

**Seven night minimum stay for Deluxe and Rustic cabins.
Check-in and Check-out is on Saturday or Sundays. Individual nights for Rustic and Deluxe Cabins may be reserved 14 days prior to arrival based upon availability.

Check in for vacation cabins is 1500, check out is 1000.

If your stay includes one of the following federal holiday weekends (MLK, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day or 31 December), you will be charged an obligatory entertainment fee for resort events.

Cancellation and Modification Policy
The Edelweiss Lodge and Resort has a 14-day cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, modify or change your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night’s stay (full price). Reservations made within 14 days of the arrival are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled, modified or changed without being charged for the first night’s stay (full price). Exceptions to policy for real world operational/duty or emergency medical situations can be submitted to waive cancellation fee. Cancellation policies differ with different program packages. Call or email the Vacation Planning Center if you have any questions concerning your specific cancellation policy. If cancelling reservations after Vacation Planning Center business hours, please contact the hotel operator for assistance.

Early Departure Policy
Upon check in you will sign a registration card that verifies your departure date.  After that point, you will be held accountable in fulfilling the reservation to that specified date. If you choose to departure earlier than the signed departure date, we will charge a full one night room rate penalty.  Exceptions to policy for real world operational/duty or emergency medical situations can be submitted to waive cancellation fee.

Sponsoring a non military ID card holder?
In accordance with military guidance, it is required that authorized guests who are sponsoring non military ID card holders must complete the IACS Online Form. Guests not included on the IACS roster will experience delays in gaining access to the resort. The information should be received no earlier than 30 days prior to arrival and no later than 7 days before arrival and provide the following information for each guest:

• Sponsors and Guests Official Full Name
• Sponsors and Guests Passport or Military ID Card Number
• Passport Nationality
• Dates which access is requested (check in and check out dates)
• Relationship of the individuals to the sponsor (examples):
  - part of conference or group booked in sponsors name
  - familly member of the sponsor
  - personal guest of the sponsor

Wellness Club Policy
Guests staying at the campground are eligible to use The Point Wellness Club located in the Edelweiss Lodge for a membership fee - Daily Adult $5, Youth $3. Guests staying in the Vacation Cabins may use the The Point Wellness Club free of charge.
