Join us for German-American Friendship Day and enjoy a rare opportunity to visit the U.S. military community in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Spend the day exploring the beautiful Edelweiss Lodge and Resort, learning about the George C. Marshall Center, and experiencing the strong partnership between the United States and Germany.

Admission to the event is completely free. Only guests wishing to enjoy the BBQ buffet need to purchase a meal ticket in advance. No registration is required to attend the event itself.

Savor a delicious blend of American cookout classics and German favorites at our German-American Friendship Day BBQ Buffet!

Served in the Summit Buffet from 11:30–18:00

BBQ tickets may be purchased in advance on Eventbrite or at the cashier station on the day of the event (while supplies last). For your convenience, euros will be accepted and exchanged at a 1:1 ratio with U.S. dollars for on-installation purchases.
