A More Convenient Way to Pay

Beginning November 16, 2026, Edelweiss Lodge and Resort will transition to cashless payments at our restaurants, bars, shops and leisure facilities. This change will help us provide faster service, more secure transactions and a more convenient experience for our guests.

How can you pay?

Our cashless outlets will accept the following:

• Charges to your guest room

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)

• Government Travel Charge Cards (GTCC), when authorized

• Contactless payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay

Can I still use cash?

Cash will continue to be accepted in U.S. dollars and Euros at the Front Desk and Hausberg facilities for limited situations. Laundry and vending machines will also continue to accept U.S. cash or change. If you are visiting an outlet and need to make a purchase with cash, please see our Front Desk team for assistance.

A note about European debit cards

European debit and credit cards without a major credit card network affiliation may not be accepted. We recommend bringing a supported credit or debit card. Thank you for helping us make your Edelweiss experience even more seamless. We look forward to welcoming you!
