Railway travel of the early 20th century was a privileged experience, complete with an elegant dining service aboard a steam train. Pullman Place is born from that classic tradition. The dining experience here harkens back to the warm, friendly service that made the world's finest restaurant cars so famous. You’ll find that excitement of riding the rails through mountainous timberland lives on in Pullman Place’s show kitchen atmosphere and adventurous menu.

Using cooking techniques from some of the finest restaurants in the world, Pullman chefs sous-vide our USDA choice steaks. Sous-vide is French for "under vacuum." The steaks are seasoned with a special house-made marinade, sealed in an airtight plastic bag and placed inside a precise temperature-controlled heated water bath for one hour. The sous-vide technique ensures that steaks cook evenly and flawlessly every time before going on our grill to sear the outside to perfection.
