A Memorable Holiday Vacation
The Christmas and New Year's holidays are a special time of year to give thanks to family and friends and enjoy their company over a delicious meal. The pandemic is complicating life once again. Our priority is the safety of your family and our staff. Events are subject to change based on the dynamic situation.
For Christmas Dinner, we will be having a salad and soup buffet which is then followed by a plated entree and dessert served at your table. Reservations are required. We received a lot of positive feedback from our Thanksgiving dinner with the same format and will bring it up even a further notch for Christmas.
We are also offering ski and snowboard rental and instruction at the Hausberg Lodge. We recommend you reserve in advance due to limited capacity. Events and offers are subject to change.
New Year's Eve
As everyone is well aware, there are many host nation virus restrictions currently in effect. We will be refunding the entertainment fee of $65 per room for New Year’s Eve. We are still planning a nice evening for everyone, however it will be toned down from year’s past. The emphasis is to avoid large gatherings of people and offer a varied mix of food and beverage outlets throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, fireworks are forbidden by the host nation this year so we had to cancel the show.

Join us for the smell and taste of the holidays. The Gluhwein hut is located outside of the Pullman Cafe. Tickets can be purchased at Pullman Cafe. Open daily from 1600 - 1900 hours. On New Year's Eve it will be open 1600 - 2100 hours.
Family movies available on the big screen in Voyager just off the main lobby.
Unsupervised kids activities will be available in the Patton ballroom. Parents should maintain line of sight with their children.
Join us for a casual evening eating tasty comfort food and relaxing infront of the TVs. We have an acoustic guitar player for the evening to help provide a relaxing atmosphere.
Online Table Reservations
Get yourself a nice drink and settle in for some conversation with loved ones. Our Pullman Bar can serve you a mixed drink, wine or locally brewed beer.
The Zugspitze and Garmisch Classic Ski area will be open for skiing and snowboarding. Our certified instructors are available to help teach you the fantastic sport of alpine skiing or snowboarding. The requirement for purchasing a lift ticket is 2G right now. These things are subject to change.
The Wankbahn will be open from 25 December through 9 January from 1000 - 1730 hours. The Hausberg Classic Ski Area is now open.

All tours are 2G (vaccinated or recovered) for anyone 12 years and older. You can count on our Alpine Adventure hosts to tempt you with many unique activities in the surrounding area. You’ll find these leisure activities last a few hours, so you and your family can visit more than one each day, or go ahead and plan an extra day to soak it all in. Limited space available, it is recommended you reserve in advance.

Sit an enjoy some holiday movie classics with the family. After a great day out on the slopes it is nice to enjoy a night in watching a movie. Our makeshift movie theater is located just off the main lobby in the Voyager Room. Check in room holiday schedule for dates and time.
