Purchasing: 
Please submit the souvenir form (below) for the items you are interested in purchasing. Be sure to specify the item number. You must provide a contact phone number where a sales representative can reach you to take payment over the phone. Following the submission of your souvenir form, a sales representative from Edelweiss Lodge and Resort will contact you Monday - Thursday between 1600 - 1800 Central European Time. Payment can only be taken over the phone with the representative via credit card. Please do not include credit card information on the souvenir form. Unfortunately, Military Star Cards and Edelweiss Lodge and Resort Gift Certificates cannot be accepted at this time. Valid for military ID card holders only. 

Return Policy:
All sales are final. At this time we are not able to process returns.
