CONUS Guests
Service members and Retirees living outside of Europe can now once again visi the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort in Garmisch, Germany! Eligibility restrictions were in place since June 2015 after a command review determined that the eligibility rules consistent wih the Status of Forces Agreement were not being fully met.
"Our staff are elated to help provide a memorable vacation experience to all deserving service members and retirees, not just for those living in Europe," said Brian Borda, General Manager of Edelweiss Lodge and Resort. "Our mission is extremely important for the morale and retention of our military. The memories they create here will be cherished forever," he continued.
There are restrictions on the amount of reservations Edelweiss Lodge and Resort can accept from CONUS guests until a permanent authorization is established. Depending on demand, this may mean that Edelweiss Resort will have to turn away or redirect CONUS reservations to different dates. CONUS guests are encouraged to reserve well in advance to ensure availability.

- First and Last Name
- Branch of Service
- Rank and Status
- Address and Zip Code
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- # in party (number of adults, and children's ages.)
- Arrival Date and Departure Date
If booking TDY, there are no restrictions. Please use the online reservations system. All requests will be processed within three business days. We only have a certain allotment of rooms on any given day for reservations from outside of Europe. We may have to suggest alternate dates.
