A potential data security breach may have involved unauthorized access to payment card data for hotel guests who stayed between November 2017 and February 2018. We are working with Army Criminal Investigation Command to conduct a full investigation and have alerted all guests staying at the property during this timeframe. Yes. Army Criminal Investigation Command is currently conducting an investigation. An initial audit indicates it may involve a workstation infected with a malicious program.
What should I do if I used my credit or debit card at the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort?
First, check your account. If you see suspicious charges, immediately report them to the fraud department of your bank or credit card provider. We also recommend you request a replacement card from your credit card company if you used your card between November 2017 and February 2018.

Continue to monitor your accounts and check the information on your credit report for accuracy. The law requires the three nationwide consumer reporting companies – Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion – to give you a free copy of your credit report every 12 months if you ask for it. To get your report, visit AnnualCreditReport.com or call 1-877-322-8228. You will have to provide some personal and financial information to get it.
